Here is a little tip to help the new comers.
It is KEN KERR's guidelines to crating your million dollar income
1. GET ON PURPOSE
Make a list of all your talents.
What would you be doing if money was no object.
What are you good at?
What do you like to do?
What is important to you?
What do you feel you would like to do feeeeel?
(there is a difference between what you want to do and what you feel)
2. IF MONEY IS NOT AN OBJECT IN YOUR LIFE
If money is not an object in your life, if you were a ROCKEFELLER, what would you be doing every day. That is your real purpose. Once you recognize your real purpose in life, that is where we will get the information from to make you a millionaire
3. CHOOSE YOUR IDEAL LIFE STYLE
You need to create in your mind what your ideal life style would be. Then you need to create you life around that life style. You need to use that as your guiding principle in doing a business. Create your business and your ability to earn money around your ideal life style.
4. CHOOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE FOR YOU
That is so important. When Ken Kerr was little every one wanted him to be a Doctor. But it did not feel right. So he went down the path of least resistance and that was marketing. Then the money started to flow. When you are ON PURPOSE the money flows.
5. RIDE A TREND THAT IS WAXING AND NOT WANING:
When there were horses and buggies, the automobile was a trend that was waxing and the buggy whip business was waning. FIND A TREND THAT IS WAXING AND RIDE IT. What trend is on the wax right now:
Internet
Cell Phone
Fiber Optics
Selling Information (biggest trend of all mankind)
Health and Nutrition
6. BE A COPY CAT.
Don't rip people off but be aware of what is working. If people are doing something then there is a feeding frenzy going on. Get all that information about that thing and get in on the trend. You don't have to steal the information, just use it. You don't have to be a pioneer. Pioneers are the guys with the arrows in their back. Look at Brian Tracy, Robert Allen, and see what they are doing. In the Indianapolis 500 the 2nd car usually wins. They do what they call FLASKING. At the last minute they pull around them because they have more gas left because they have not been breaking the wind. Get on their mailing list. Learn what they are doing.
7. PAY NO OVERHEAD. HAVE NO EMPLOYEES.
You do not want to have any employees. Employees sue you. They drain your assets. They copy your ideas… Keep your overhead low and think nothing down. That is the rise in home businesses. On average more people are making more money than any other kind of business. The average for an in home business is $80, 000 to $100,000 a year. The average franchise owner makes $30K to $50 K per year.
8. Learn How To Market
Go to the Library and learn how to use the SRDS (Standard Rate and Data Service). It is about the thickness of a yellow pages. It is a list of direct mailing lists. You do not want to buy it. $500 a year for a subscription. Only list brokers would want it. You should go to the library and use it there. It is not important that the copy is not the newest and latest book. You will find 1000's of mailing lists with people who have just inquired about a service to what you are selling. You can then get a very specific list.
9. BECOME THE PREEMINENT EXPERT IN YOUR FIELD.
Become an expert at what you love to do. In Ken Kerrs mind he is still a beginner in every new task. He is still searching for the perfect idea and perfect business. He pals around with famous people to get credibility. You are looking for a piece of knowledge. Most people are not willing to stand out. They stay home and watch SIMPSONS. People who pull away from the pack are ones who will do things that others will not do. 2%ers. Willing to do things when everyone else says you can't do it. Everyone tells you to get with the pack. But those are not the ones who make the money.

Now there is some advice for you from a man who is a "BILLIONAIRE".
WHAT? You have never heard of Ken Kerr. Well next time you go to Disneyland ask about him. He is the one who thought of that idea for Walt Disney and Disney World and the Ebcot Center and the California Raisins and the Gummy Bears, and .... well the list goes on and on..... I would say he knows what he is talking about.
So how about we all take his guidelines as our own personal guideline going into the new year and lets all make some money.
