GOAL PARAMETERS
REASONABLE: The goal must be reasonable for you to accomplish
BELIEVABLE: You must believe that you can achieve the goal
WRITTEN: A goal must be written down
P P P: The wording of the written goal must be Positive, Present, and Personal

GOAL WRITING TECHNIQUE
DEADLINE: State the dead line when you will have reached your goal.
MEASURABLE: Describe how you will measure the results of accomplishing the goal PLAN OF ACTION: Outline a step by step plan of action getting from here to there.

NOW REWRITE THE GOAL NOW, USING GOLDEN GOAL SETTING METHOD
(Write down your visualization of the time, day, month, year - where you are and what you are doing when you have accomplished the goal)

METHOD OF ACCOMPLISHING THE GOAL:

Read your written goal at least two times a day to maximize its power to change you.
Visualized in your mind as you read it seeing it as already having been accomplished.
A goal should not be shared with others (except close personal and trusted friends who will hold you accountable for the accomplishment of your goal.)
